An experienced construction business leader based in Rockwall, Texas, Charles (Chuck) Scroggs has served as the president of Rowlett’s C and D Commercial Services, Inc., since 1990. He expanded his professional activities in 1995 by assuming the same leadership role with C and D Commercial Masonry, Inc. In 2012, the Rockwall, Texas business leader became the president of Southwest Scaffolding, LLC, a distributor of Non-Stop Scaffolding products. Under the leadership of Chuck Scroggs, Southwest Scaffolding has grown into the second largest distributor in Texas, as well as a reliable scaffolding products provider in surrounding states.
During his time as the president of Southwest Scaffolding, Charles Scroggs has developed a comprehensive knowledge of various products and services, including hydraulic platform scaffolding. He is also a member of industry organizations such as the Contractors Association of America.
Chuck Scroggs studied chemistry and math at the University of Southern Mississippi. Beyond his work as a construction business leader, he is an elected member of the Rockwall County Sheriff’s Posse, a volunteer organization that assists the local Sheriff with safety initiatives.
